Everyone can do Face Yoga
Starting early in life:
Face Yoga can firstly be used as preventative measure for clients of any age, from as early as 18. The earlier clients start the exercises the less likely they are to see signs of ageing and tension in the face. Also, the wellness aspects are incredibly beneficial for a younger face, mind, and body.
Starting later in life:
Starting Face Yoga at any age is great. It’s never too late to strengthen a muscle, to improve the skin tone or to boost the circulation. It’s never too late to reduce stress and tension in the face, to improve lymphatic drainage or to enhance your health. All ages can benefit from relaxing the mind and integrating well-being techniques in their life.
