Pilates Reformer Quartet
A small group (4 people) workout on the Pilates apparatus; including reformer, cadillac, and chair. The resistance of the pulley and spring system yields beneficial strengthening. Exercising on the reformer offers core-building benefits, including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. In turn, leading to daily life improvements; such as, better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and relief from pain associated with physical imbalances.
