Yoga’s system of healing is based on the premise that the body should be allowed to function as naturally as possible. Yoga has been proven to be an effective tool for wellness, healing and transformation. Yoga therapy is for any one and everyone. Over time this practice balances the central nervous system. These private sessions are tailored to the individuals needs and goals. An initial assessment will be done with a plan of care put in place. Our Integrative Yoga Therapy utilizes all the powerful tools of yoga, mindfulness, pranayama, asana (active and restorative) mudra, meditation and affirmation along with Donna’s experience and training in physical therapy, aromatherapy and functional nutrition.
