This is a six-week session developed for beginners new to yoga, and those wanting a refresher with a focus on form and alignment. This series is for everyone wanting a mat yoga practice. Each class will emphasize safety and alignment. You will be exposed to mindfulness, yoga principals, Pranayama (breath work), Asana (yoga postures), Sanskrit and meditation. A solid basic knowledge of yoga and the use of props will be taught. This series will build your confidence to enjoy any Level 1-2 yoga class.
